It is my privilege to be able to represent the ward where I grew up

Friday, 13th May

• I AM writing to thank the St Pancras & Somers Town residents for re-electing me along with Edmund Frondigoun and Shah Miah.

It is my privilege to be able to represent the ward where I grew up. I have been honoured to serve as one of the three ward representatives since 2010.

I am proud of so many things that myself and my fellow ward councillors, alongside the local communities, have achieved for the area over the years.

The next four years will be challenging, and we need to have a strong voice to ensure any developments always benefit the local community in St Pancras & Somers Town.

A very special thanks to our dedicated, committed, and hard-working colleagues, Roger Robinson and Paul Tomlinson, who always represented and fought for what they believed in.

I had the pleasure of working with Roger and Paul as my colleagues, and I appreciated all their support and hard work.

Of course, Roger, thank you for your continuous guidance, encouragement, and mentorship over the years, which have been so valuable to me. Thank you for everything you did, and both your legacies remain in the ward.
