It appears Camden has different rules for parking…

Truck left overnight in a disabled resident’s bay
• IT would appear Camden Council have one rule for highways contractor parking and another for other car users.
The pictured truck (above) was left overnight in a disabled resident’s bay last Friday (the resident uses the bay daily) then moved on Saturday afternoon into one of the few remaining residents’ bays in Prince of Wales Road, Kentish Town, and left without any sign of the contractor using it.
Parking has become extremely difficult in Prince of Wales Road and surrounding roads and you would have thought Camden would have instructed their contractor not to impede paying resident bay users any more than necessary.
There are a number of “empty” bays in front of 131-141 where yellow signs stipulate no parking for residents until August 14 the contractor could use but then again that would be too simple!
