If we were nicer to each other…

• ONE of the spin-offs of the current pandemic is that we generally become aware there are many people in society who do not have a home and who might not be able to handle it even if they had one.
Many of these good people will have had dysfunctions which may have been with them since birth and they will have tried to deal with them by resorting to addictive behaviours.
So they appear on Camden High Street where they will attract the attention of the police, store security staff, and the ambulance service.
So where has society gone wrong? What is it that we have done or omitted to do to avoid this situation developing?
Maybe lack of parenting is something that needs to be looked at, not only from the parents’ viewpoint but also from successive governments; which takes so much more control over many aspects of our lives these days.
Over all of this is the overarching rainbow of life and forgiveness! Should we manage to be nicer to each other then maybe society will be less dysfunctional. I hope for that in my own life!
