I see walks being advertised at £15 per hour. How far are the dogs being walked?

Frequently I see two or three walkers together, chatting in a field, with all their dogs standing around looking bored. Walking one dog is a different matter – you both walk!

I wonder if the dog owners feel they are getting good value for money?
