A ‘ghost’ house in Mornington Terrace

• REGARDING the letters about “ghost” houses, there is a house on the corner of Elsworthy Road and Avenue Road which has been empty for about 30 years!

It is now in a dreadful state of decay and dilapidation and is gradually falling down. I thought that there was a government or council policy to identify these empty houses and reclaim them for use to rehouse or sell.
