I was lucky enough to try out the new meals on wheels service from Highgate Newtown Community Centre. A well-cooked lasagne, complete with garlic bread and tasty vegetables arrived, delivered by a smiling volunteer (masked).

A brief friendly chat was followed by delicious hot food. Well done HNCC and volunteers! So much better than frozen meals once a week that the cuts to council budgets now provide.
