I can’t say I’m impressed with Asda’s help for older people

• I CAN’T say that I am impressed with my online supermarket, Asda, with help for the over-70s in this difficult period.
I always meet the driver at the main door of our building to help carry up my groceries and tip him in appreciation.
Last week, however, I was told gleefully by the driver that Asda changed its policy, and no longer delivers groceries to the second floor unless there is a lift.
I was not informed of this change of policy and would not have placed an order, particularly as I have an injured foot. I was left stranded at the front door with no help.
I note that Sainsbury’s supermarkets are helpfully offering designated hours for seniors and health workers.
