HS2: ‘let’s have an inquiry now, and a poll’

• THE go-ahead has been given to billionaires, oligarchs, and the like, to embezzle the public purse out of £160billion for the corrupt, sleazy and dishonest HS2, that nobody wants!

Note, however, the misleading and blatant lie just put out by the government through the media (so as to deceive and not to alarm the public) that the cost of HS2 is only £40billion!

This skulduggery and deceit is a national scandal, and not in the interest of the taxpayer, or rail users. The public has had no official say whether this disreputable and destructive HS2 continues (the majority having voiced against it).

And on top of a cost of living crisis, they are being forced to pay for something that will cause them harm, and not practically benefit them or their families.

So why don’t we pause it, and have a poll to see if the public wants it, especially once they know the true facts and obscene costs? And what are our other leaders and councils doing to fight for our rights and justice against all this corruption?

Would somebody please tell Michael Gove that his job has become extinct? As HS2 is not levelling up (however much he repeats it) it’s actually levelling the country to the ground.

An alternative to HS2 could be built for a fraction of the cost, with billions to spare for the things the country really needs. So let’s have an inquiry now, and a poll.
