YUKARI Kinga was just squeezed out of the action by Notts County duo Carly Telford and Rachel Corsie on Sunday as Arsenal Ladies went in search of their first home points of the season in the Women’s Super League.

Interim manager John Bayer knew that a win at Meadow Park was long overdue, and vital if the Gunners were going to keep alive their slim hopes of finishing in the top two and securing a place in next season’s Champions League.

The home fans were given something to cheer about after only nine minutes when Casey Stoney opened the scoring from the penalty spot. But did that lead to an Arsenal onslaught?
