HIGH-FLYING Earlsberg Eagles soared into the final of the Senior Challenge Shield on Saturday with a five-star performance against rivals Mavericks.
The Eagles who play in the Premier Division of the West End Saturday League, opened the scoring midway through the first half when player-manager Kris Culley smashed the ball home from 25-yards.
Within minutes the sharp-shooter doubled the advantage with a second.
The tie was all but wrapped up on the stroke of half-time when Tashan Bradshaw Brown, in his first game back from playing for Montego Bay FC in Jamaica, set-up Ashley Dray for a match-killing third.
Culley capped a match ball-winning display when he completed his hat-trick in the second half before Highbury hotshot Kayan Kalipha added the finishing touches to a resounding 5-0 win.
