FAB four ­– from left – Ashley Scott-Wilson, Hattie Brock, Georgia Fear and Sophie Sheldrake led the Highgate Harriers to fourth place on Saturday in the South of England 4×4 Stage Relay Championships, which were held at Rushmoor Arena in Aldershot. 

Competing against 77 other clubs, Sheldrake got Highgate off to a bright start as she completed the opening distance of 3,851m in 13 minutes, 59 seconds, before Fear took over to clock a time of 13:56. Brock finished the third leg in 14:01, while anchor Scott-Wilson secured the club's fastest time of the day as she crossed the finish line in 13:25. 

Their combined efforts saw Highgate complete the event in a very respectable time of 55:21, just one minute, 30 seconds behind winners Cambridge and Coleridge AC.
