THE Greene King brewery has confirmed it has accepted an offer for a Kentish Town pub after making the “difficult decision to sell”.

Regulars at The Oxford, in Kentish Town Road, are waiting to see what will happen to the bar.

The pub was previously known as the Jorene Celeste and, further back, The Vulture’s Perch. Greene King said: “A sale has been agreed in principle.”
