Bob Warnock: ‘stellar’ 

• I SEE that Bob Warnock, who has managed Hampstead Heath so efficiently for the past eight years, is retiring.

I would like to say what a good job he has done and how much I appreciate his work. He was particularly sensitive to the needs of children and the disabled.

His no-nonsense approach to management has been stellar and he has been particularly adept at evading political quagmires. Best wishes to him.
