• CAN someone please confirm if Kentish Town High Street will be without Christmas lights for the third year on the trot?

Every other high street, however financially capable, seems able to put them up once a year.

Getting not much change from £1.5million for a house in the area and having such big hitters as McDonald’s, Pret, Iceland, Costa, Sainsbury’s, Barclays etc, Kentish Town isn’t exactly skint.

So, come on, get the decorations up on the lampposts once again so we can all enjoy a bit of Christmas cheer.
