SPURS moved level on points with second placed Manchester United last night (Wednesday) after beating Everton 2-0 at White Hart Lane.

After the game manager Harry Redknapp said he believed his side has as good a chance as any of lifting the title.

“I have said all along that it is not impossible, but it would be difficult,” he said.

“It would be hard, but we do have a good chance.

All I can do is try not to put any pressure on the players.

“We are playing well and with a smile on our faces. The pressure is on Manchester City.”

Aaron Lennon opened the scoring on 32 minutes and full-back Benoit Assou-Ekotto made the points safe mid-way through the second period with a long range strike that had the fans at The Lane cooing with joy.
