Under-8s Division
THE future certainly looks bright for The Heath after their young Foxes side chalked up an impressive opening-day victory against Isledon Wolves on Saturday. The only goal of the first half saw Teo Cakir fire the ball home off the inside of the post after making a great run out of defence. In the second half substitute Louis Green came off the bench to grab two fine individual goals, before player-of-the-match Tomasso Isoni wrapped up a scintillating 4-0 win.
Coach Stephen O’Brennan said later: “I’m very proud the new young talent showed off the same passing philosophy that our elder teams use.”
