• THE leasehold flat above me keeps flooding my council flat bathroom. It’s now the fourth time, and the third time in a few days.

The flat above has an absentee landlady, so the council is not allowed to enter. The owner won’t take responsibility for the floods.

Camden Council needs to take control and enter the leasehold flat. This can’t go on. Yet it does.

I’m waiting for a council electrician to switch off my electricity again – that is all I and this helpless council can do!

It is bizarre and frightening. Desperate!
