• AS I walked into the supermarket the other day I had a sudden realisation of what mugs we all are as we wander wide-eyed round the aisles filling our trolleys with Halloween/ Bonfire night/Christmas promo goods.

Most of these are rubbish and make us fat or ill (or both). Get a grip everybody!
