AN actor who starred in the  Star Wars film series and the 1980s fantasy epic Labyrinth has died after collapsing outside King’s Cross station.

Paul Grant, had been an ewok in Return of the Jedi and a goblin in Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone, was found on Thursday afternoon and died on Sunday after a life support machine was switched off. He had been declared brain dead.

The father-of-three had struggled with drug use and heavy drinking and was filmed by a YouTuber earlier this year admitting that he was drinking too much and had spent the money made during all his acting career on “sex, drugs and rock n roll”.

The 56-year-old’s daughter, Sophie Jayne Grant, told Sky News: “I’m heartbroken… No girl deserves their dad to be taken away… He was so well known and loved. He’s gone too soon.”

A gofundme page has been set up by his stepdaughter, Stacey, to help pay for funeral costs. “I would like to give him the best send off he would want. King of the dwarfs, he’s going to missed.”
