IT had to happen some time… premier potter Chris Heim saw his undefeated run in the Chalk Farm Pool League come to an abrupt end on Monday.

Having chalked up 20 wins out of 20 for soon to be Division One champions, Sir Robert Peel, he would have been expected to beat newcomer Mark Taylor.

But the Boston Rimmers’ potter had other ideas as he ended Heim’s winning run to stun onlookers.

The defeat didn’t affect the outcome, however, as Peel still stormed to an 8-1 victory.
