‘Domes’ raise health & safety questions

‘Will Camden’s health and safety people now take note?’
• THIS photograph above, sent by a local resident, shows the Covid domes outside the Holiday Inn, Bloomsbury, having been blown away on the pavement in Coram Street / Marchmont Street.
Given these domes did not need planning permission to construct – as per the new government guidelines – so that Camden Council allowed them to be erected with no health and safety concerns, even though they are enclosed, and now they have the potential to hurt members of the public “outside” the hotel complex, will Camden’s health and safety people now take note?
