Does the council stick to similar principles on different planning decisions?

• YOUR report on a proposed retirement block in Gondar Gardens quotes a council officer as saying that the plan failed to provide any affordable housing, was an inward-looking enclave, would fail to promote cohesion, and its density would be damaging (Rejected! West Hampstead retirement village plan for former reservoir land, February 8).

I wonder if they applied the same principles when agreeing to the over-development at Fitzjohn’s Avenue and Prince Arthur Road.
