District hit four more to beat rivals

THE Camden and Islington Year 7 District football team was back among the goals on Saturday when they beat Barnet 5-3 in a friendly.
Having won 7-1 against Harrow in their previous outing, the free-scoring side needed just three minutes to hit the target this time out when Kristian Mickeli added the finishing touches to Franklyn Domi’s accurate through ball.
Domi then powered home a second to open up a 2-0 lead at the break.
Within minutes of the restart battling Barnet drew level. But Camden and Islington quickly restored their two-goal lead courtesy of a finishes from Hayden Miller and Mickeli.
Barnet pulled another goal back, but Mickeli was in unstoppable form and put a great ball into the box for Joel Chileshe to score.

CAMDEN is searching for footballers good enough to join the Year 6 district squad.
Open sessions are being held at the Camden Town Sports Pitch in Camden Street between 4pm and 6pm every Wednesday. Players should bring astro boots and shin pads.
