The Royal Free Hospital

• SO it is finally revealed after six months that a technical error led to thousands of letters to Royal Free Hospital patients not being sent out, (Investigation into Royal Free Hospital’s missing patient letters, February 14).

And yet the hospital claimed to have found no patient harm done as a consequence. It makes you wonder what was in these letters? Or were they birthday cards?
