When OFQUAL threatened to destroy the education system by using dodgy algorithms to make a mess of exam predictions, the government caved in to public outrage and ignored their recommendations.

Ironic that being forced to listen to reason in the OFQUAL debacle is a byproduct of refusing to listen to reason in the SAGE debacle. I wonder if anyone predicted that?
