Time to give the pack a thorough shuffle and deal everybody a new hand?

• WHEN you discover the banker’s been fiddling in a game of cards, you get rid of them, give the pack a thorough shuffle and deal everybody a new hand.

That would be an excellent manifesto for a political party. Any takers?
