HAMPSTEAD were forced to settle for a point following their high-scoring encounter at Brondesbury on Saturday.
The home side scored a stonking 275-4 off 61 overs before declaring, with Will Vanderspar putting in a fantastic knock of a 139 not out.
Despite Robert Tidey Sean Terry hitting just 13 runs between them, Hampstead still managed to make a good chase of their target with Brandon Buckley scoring 48 and Imraan Mohammed smashing 89 not out.
In the end Hampstead finished on 179-6 off 62 overs to take just a point with a slower run-rate.
