• I WROTE to my ward councillors at the beginning of April to ask what the situation was with regards to the tents in College Gardens, Camden Town, and specifically asked council leader Georgia Gould about the tents that were outside the main entrance to 5 Pancras Square, at the time, and what assistance was being given to rehouse these people.

When following this up with one of Georgia’s fellow ward councillors, who had been sent the email also, he said “speak to Georgia because housing is not my portfolio any more”.

I thought it was for ward councillors to follow up on ward issues and reply to constituents accordingly. Has this changed? Despite recently chasing Georgia for a response, I have still not had a reply.
