PUBLIC INFORMATION PAGES FROM CAMDEN COUNCIL

Five food hubs have been set up in Camden to make sure children and young people have access to food over the school summer holidays. The Young

Camden Foundation, working with Camden Council’s Public Health team and Hampstead Wells and Campden Trust, have established hubs at community and youth centres across the borough.

Children and young people aged four to 19 are provided with two nutritious meals a day, as part of summer holiday programmes taking place at each of the centres. Since the beginning of August, the food hubs have provided over 1,300 meals to young people per week.

For more information about the hubs and other support for children, young people and families, visit camden.gov.uk/schools-children-and-families.
