POTTERS from Slattery’s Squatters earned themselves an extra special pat on the back on Monday night when they chalked up a 9-0 victory over the Zombies in division two of the Chalk Farm Pool League. 

It was the best result that the Camden Road-based side has pocketed this season, taking their tally to four wins in 10 outings. 

The King’s Cross Barbarians extended their lead at the top of the table to 22 points with a resounding 8-1 win over The Florin. 

The Barbarians are the only team left in both divisions to still boast a perfect record having won all 10 of their games so far – and look a dead cert to gain promotion to the top flight. 

In division one Mr Brown’s boys aka Sir Robert Peel continued their march towards a fourth successive title with their ninth win in 10 games. John Brown’s side beat Peckwater TA 7-2 to extend their lead at the top to 14 points.
