Close this farmers’ market

Copy of a complaint made to Camden Council
• I AM writing to complain regarding the farmers’ market being allowed to continue in the grounds of St Paul’s Primary School, Elsworthy Road, on Saturdays.
The queue for this market not only contravenes the 2-metre gap that has been ordered by the government but that the queues for this market are on both sides of the residential street leading to and from the school.
No one can pass safely. Most of these people are not even Primrose Hill residents and drive from miles to come to this market.
There are perfectly good supermarkets in the area and small shops. Why is Camden Council allowing this to persist?
I have lost three people in the past weeks to Covid-19. How many more people have to die before Camden takes this seriously?
Close down the farmers’ market forthwith.
