Who is now helping old or disabled people cut their toenails?

• HOW do old or disabled people manage when they are unable to cut their toenails and cannot afford to pay to have them cut privately?

Age Concern no longer provides a service in Camden and the NHS helps only those who have a diagnosed medical foot problem.
