Cllr Lazzaro Pietragnoli should apologise publicly and remind himself of the Code of Conduct for Councillors. He is clearly in breach of 2c: You must not conduct yourself in a manner which could reasonably be regarded as bringing your office or the council into disrepute. Bravo Cllrs Awale Olad and Sue Vincent for smelling a rat.
