MEET the heroines of Haverstock School who won a dramatic penalty shoot-out against Maria Fidelis to be crowned the Camden Schools Football Champions. 

The triumphant Under-14s team from the school in Chalk Farm spent six weeks battling it out against scores of other secondaries from across the borough at the Cantelowes Gardens Sports Pitch in Camden Town. 

Having made the final Haverstock seemed to have one hand on the trophy when Chrissy Campbell made the most of a defensive mistake to open the scoring. But an amazing last-minute strike from the halfway line put the celebrations on ice as Maria Fidelis equalised to force penalties. 

Haverstock were not to be denied, however, as Chloe Mentessi scored the winning penalty to spark wild celebrations.
