CENTRE-BACK Andy Goodwin put in a performance to savour on Sunday as Tufnell Park Rangers eased to a convincing win over their closest challengers in the Camden Musical Associations League.
The tough-tackling defender (pictured with the headband) showed the strikers how it’s done as he scored a hat-trick against Gower Allstars at Parliament Hill Fields. Paul Knowles chipped in with two goals, while captain Tommy Lewis powered home a header to earn Rangers a 6-3 victory.
The result leaves Rangers, who recently celebrated a sponsorship deal with the Grafton pub in Prince of Wales Road, three points clear at the top of the table with five wins out of five, and closing in on their third successive Premier title.
