Camden Labour has a proud record in the face of Tory cuts
Thursday, 22nd March 2018
• CAMDEN Labour has built 229 council flats, 79 living rent homes for key workers, invested in improving existing council homes and community facilities like employment space, community centres and schools in spite of massive government cuts to council funding; 74 of these new council homes and 52 of the living rent homes are in Cantelowes ward, in the form of the Maiden Lane development.
Cantelowes Branch Labour Party is proud of the new development in Maiden Lane as part of Camden Labour’s innovative approach to direct house-building despite Tory cuts to Camden’s funding.
