The Alexandra & Ainsworth estate, also known as Rowley Way [Oxyman, CC By 2.5, Detail]

• JUST another typical weekend of heating issues on the Alexandra and Ainsworth Estate.

GEM has carried out a few repairs but the following still have problems:

Overheating: two homes.

No heating or hot water: five homes.

No hot water: three homes.

No heating: nine homes, (Camden says nine but residents are posting 37 including mine and Camden says there are no current repair requests).

Very low heating: one home.

Overheating: two homes.

No cold water (for weeks): one home.

The general feeling here is that Camden Council are actually pleased to see our heating breaking down.

It gives them a perfect excuse to keep forcing us to accept the dreadful new heating system we have all said “no” to in hundreds of objections.

Many of us believe Camden are deliberately allowing our heating system to dilapidate so that they can replace it with an even worse system.

There are 520 flats on our estate and I think every single resident has written in saying they don’t want it.

And yet Camden press on.

This is bullying.
