THE boys from Camden Elite got their London Cup campaign off to a flying five-star start on Saturday when they eased past Wandsworth Town in the opening round.
The Under-14s, who have won five out of five in the Camden and Islington Youth Football League, put on a pass-and-move masterclass as they eased to a 5-0 win.
Hotshot Alfie Whitshire was again clinical in front of goal as he helped himself to a hat-trick, just pipping team-mate Rhys Hajro, who chipped in with two goals, to the match ball.
As we reported last week, Elite’s Under-13s are also in the next round of the London Cup where they will face local rivals Kentish Town Football Academy.
