A TWELVE-YEAR-OLD boy is being treated in hospital after a lorry collision in Holborn this afternoon (Saturday).

He was said to have suffered “multiple injuries” as police began the search for witnesses to the incident in Southampton Place, at the junction with High Holborn.

The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene; he was not arrested but has been assisting police with their enquiries. Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are carrying out enquiries into the circumstances of the collision.
