COACHES from St Pancras Amateur Boxing Club have won over a legion of new young fans after their confidence-building kids’ classes proved a big hit.
The club, which is based in Talacre Road, Kentish Town, runs group classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4.30pm for children aged ten to 17 years old.
Saints’ head coach CJ Hussein, who recently handed out new training T-shirts courtesy of GM Real Estate, said the club wasn’t only about producing fighters.
“Not everyone who comes to the gym wants to be a professional boxer,” he said.
“Our kids’ classes are about helping them get fit, building new confidence, and maybe giving them a chance to let out a little energy after a tough day at school.”
