A BODY of a woman has been found on an estate in Kentish Town.
Police were called to Carrol Close, off Highgate Road, at about 6.40am this morning to reports of a “fear for welfare”.
Officers found a body of a woman, aged in her 40s. The Met Police were treating the death as unexplained on Friday but confirmed on Monday it is non-suspicious.
A police investigation appears to centre around a flat on the Carrol Close estate.
A police cordon is in place around a stairwell where the body was found.
One resident who lives nearby said she heard someone calling the police this morning but did not know or hear what had happened.
