• CYCLEHOOP have been neglecting routine maintenance of their bike hangars since the commencement of this scheme.

They have not been cleaning out the leaves that blow underneath, or removing graffiti. Therefore, when these bike hangars are placed directly outside a block of flats they become an eyesore when vandalised and attract street drinkers and drug users late at night and during the early hours.

They are also used by men and women as an area for relieving themselves. But local residents do get an advantage from the loss of yellow line parking space.

Also, there are four car club parking bays in this locality, two of which are not used any more. I suppose this is another example of Camden Council ruining the street environment then.
