Banning teenage girls from setting foot in the borough is a strange decision

• HOW strange of a youth court to punish a couple of teenage girls for their nasty crime spree in Hampstead by forbidding them to set foot in the London borough of Camden for a year, (Girls banned from Camden, May 20).

Do they believe the impulse to behave badly is triggered by some factor peculiar to our borough? If so what is it? If not there must be better ways of putting a couple of young tearaways back on the right track.
