• AFTER reading one of your letters regarding council caretakers put on furlough last year, I noticed there was no estate caretaker.

I later asked the caretaker who informed me he had health problems and was placed on furlough from March to August 2020.

I have contacted leaseholder services about this who tell me he was not off work and will be charging me in my service charges this year.

It’s a disgrace. Has anyone else encountered this?
