• ALL residents of Genesis Housing Association are very welcome to a meeting on strategy to get a better repair service.

The meeting is on February 28 at Kingsgate Community Centre, 107 Kingsgate Road, NW6 2JH from 6.30pm to 8pm.

It is to plan strategy and tactics to obtain change in Genesis on repairs and maintenance. While many maintenance/repair issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, a large number of jobs seem to go completely haywire.

From April to December 2016 Genesis received 1,024 complaints about repairs, far outstripping any other form of complaint.

Simple leaks in a roof can take years to fix and the delay increases the cost and in some cases damages the health of residents.

All residents of Genesis Housing Association are welcome to the meeting.
