An important point has been overlooked about the EHRC report into Labour

• READING Richard Kuper’s letter (The EHRC got it wrong on free speech, November 11) about the Equality and Human Rights Commission report into anti-Semitism in the Labour Party one of the report’s most important points seems to have been overlooked.

On page 20 of the report it states: “…did not make a finding of victimisation.” . This means that despite the mountain of allegations made by the Jewish Labour Movement and Campaign Against Antisemitism, the EHRC could not find a single case where a member of the Labour Party who was Jewish had been victimised because of their being Jewish.
