FOOTBALLERS from top youth team AFC proved they have what it takes to tackle the very best on Saturday when they beat a squad of Premier League contenders.

The Under-13s side, made up of youngsters from across Camden and Islington, netted a 5-3 victory over the Crystal Palace Development squad.

Coach Liton Shah said, “It was a great opportunity for the boys, playing an opposition with such high standards. The match will help our players grow as a team.”
