• I’D like to write about Mark Harrison my housing manager / officer who has been helping me with my rent, gas energy and even my pension.

Sometimes we take council staff for granted but Mark has gone over and beyond the call of duty in my case.

He helped me with kindness, care and consideration and understood that, shall I say, I find life challenging and have found simple things like rent, gas energy, and even my pension a chore and found forms and applica­tions hard to fill in.

I consider myself very fortunate to have had Mark helping me so thank you Mark for all your help. I really appreciate your input.
