• CAMDEN Council increased their residents’ caretaking charge to £10.26 per week from April, an increase of £1.10 per week, of which 94p was for further improvements to the caretaking service.

Cllr Meric Apak now says these improvements will not be introduced until September. Can he confirm the council have not been collecting that 94p for a service they have not been providing?
