• A SIX-YEAR-OLD Palestinian girl was found dead in Gaza on Saturday; the ambulance coming to pick her up had been hit (accidentally, of course) by an Israel Defense Forces shell.

Also in Gaza, a young Bedouin Israeli, imprisoned by Hamas nine years ago on the grounds that he’d been an IDF soldier (he hadn’t; he’s schizophrenic), along with a 37-year Ethiopian-Israeli also suffering from mental issues, hasn’t been heard from since 2022.

Both are Muslim..

Meanwhile a majority of our (so-called) Labour councillors refuse to vote for a ceasefire in Gaza, let alone a two-state solution.

Why? Because our sole Green councillor, Lorna Jane Russell, is in favour.

From Sunday’s Observer: “On 15th November 2023 81 per cent of MPs did not back the ceasefire in Gaza… MPs like these should never get our vote again.”
